A U.S. District Judge has ordered the release of the controversial internet talk show host and hate blogger, Hal Turner.

We previously reported on the hate blogger getting jail time in July for posting on his site that three Chicago-based federal judges  “deserved to be killed” over a handgun ban in suburban Chicago.

“Turner was charged by the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Chicago with threatening to assault and murder three judges in retaliation for a June 2 decision they made. In a Web posting the same day, Turner called the 7th Circuit ruling, which declined to overturn laws banning handguns in Chicago and a nearby suburb, an “outrage” and said that the judges behind the decision “deserve to be killed.” The judges who decided the case were Chief Judge Frank Easterbrook, Judge Richard Posner and Judge William Bauer. In a second posting on June 3, Turner provided the names, work addresses, phone numbers and photos of the judges.”

Providing that kind of info is taking talk to the next level. Turner was denied bail and sent on his way to the clink. Somehow, someone decided that this guy deserved to be released.

“The government didn’t even come close to proving he was a danger to the public,” said Oroczo of Newark, N.J.’s Bailey & Oroczo.

“Turner is on his way back to his home state of New Jersey after Walter decided in a Wednesday conference call meeting with lawyers that Turner could be released under “strict conditions,” including a prohibition on his speaking to the media, home confinement and electronic monitoring, said Michael Oroczo, who represents Turner. He said his client was currently in the U.S. Marshal Service’s custody in Oklahoma City as he’s being transferred to New Jersey.”

Some unfortunate and very odd news…

A 22 year old man died today after he fell into a vat of boiling hot chocolate at a manufacturing plant owned by Lyons and Sons in New Jersey.

“The unidentified man, who worked at the Camden facility, had been in the melting pot for about 10 minutes by the time rescue crews arrived. By the time he was pulled out of the tank just after 11 a.m., he was already dead.”

Poor guy… I feel really bad for this guy. That would be a horrible way to go out.

The cause of the accident remains unknown, but the Occupational Safety and Health Administration has been called in to investigate.

Remember the story I posted last month about a New Jersey supermarket refusing to sell a birthday cake with the name Adolf Hitler on it?? Well the parents of the baby boy who’s cake it was supposed to be are back in the news. However this time, for a better reason. They got their kids taken away.

3 year old Adolf Hitler Campbell and his sisters, JoyceLynn Aryan Nation Campbell and Honszlynn Hinler Jeannie Campbell, were taken from their Holland Township, N.J., home on Friday by the state’s Division of Youth and Family Services”

A forensic psychologist named N.G. Berrill said that naming a boy Hitler could be considered child abuse.

“Part of it is the infantile nature of the parents’ behavior,” Berrill said. “You can name your dog something weird, but they think they’re making some kind of bold statement with the children, not appreciating that the children will have separate lives and will be looked at in a negative light until they’re able to change their name. It is abuse.”

Their father, named Heath Campbell, is expected in court Thursday in Flemington, N.J., in connection with the case.

“Speaking generally, the state’s “decision to remove a child is based on the safety and well being of the child and the risk to that child, and that decision is made in conjunction with the courts and the county family court judge.”

I’m sure its needless for me to say that anyone who is going to name a child Adolf Hitler and other children Nazi names are not fit to raise children. At all… Holding a child responsible for a dumb decision you made or belief you may have is not acceptable, and it can determine how their child is perceived for the rest of their life.

A ShopRite Supermarket in N.J. is defending its decision for refusing to a write out 3-year-old Adolf Hitler Campbell’s name on his birthday cake.

“Deborah Campbell, 25, of Hunterdon County, N.J., said she phoned in her order last week to the Greenwich ShopRite. When she told the bakery department she wanted her son’s name spelled out, she was told to talk to a supervisor, who denied the request.”

A ShopRite spokeswoman said that the store had denied similar requests from the Campbells’ on previous occasions, including a request for a swastika.

So… this got a little bit of conversation going in our office. We started talking about discrimination lawsuits and if this would cause any legal ramifications, and the whole “Right to Refuse Service” came into play.  We reasoned that race, sexual orientation and creed are protected classes under discrimination law, but what about a name?  Is that protected?

“Heath Campbell said he named his son after Adolf Hitler because he liked the name and because “no one else in the world would have that name.”

The Campbells’ two other children are named JoyceLynn Aryan Nation Campbell, who turns 2 in a few months, and Honszlynn Hinler Jeannie Campbell, who will be 1 in April.

Campbell said he was raised not to avoid people of other races but not to mix with them socially or romantically. But he said he would try to raise his children differently.”

It’s a shame that you have to pass a test to drive a car but any schmucks can have children.

“Say he grows up and hangs out with black people. That’s fine, I don’t really care,” he said. “That’s his choice.”

Heath Campbell said that about 12 kids attended his son’s birthday party, including several children of mixed race…. I wonder what there parents were thinking.

Update: Crystal Gunns aka Louisa C. Tuck, the former porn star turned elementary school cafeteria worker and playground monitor, resigned from her position late last week after controversy about her old job caused a legal uproar in a New Jersey School District. I posted an article about her last month here…

“She submitted a one-sentence resignation to her Vineland, N.J., employer saying she was leaving “in good standing.” The letter did not indicate why she was quitting.”

I would have liked to see her stay around and cause some ruckus. Too Bad for Crystal. I feel kind of sorry for the girl… her previous career didn’t pan out obviously, what’s she going to do now?

So apparently an elementary school cafeteria worker and playground monitor has gotten a “rise” (get it?) out of parents and the board of education president.

“Parents and the BOE President want Louisa C. Tuck fired, but district officials were advised by their lawyers and those from the New Jersey School Board Association they have no legal grounds to terminate the 32-year-old from her $5,772-a-year part-time job as an aide in the lunchroom and playground.”

“We have no real legal stance or legal right to do anything for two reasons - one, it’s not illegal, and two, it’s not on school time,” Superintendent Charles Ottinger told the newspaper.”

Louisa C. Tuck aka Crystal Gunns starred in adult movies, performances, and photos. It has been over five years since she has been involved with the adult entertainment industry. She now also works with children at the local YMCA is described by one parent as “an excellent role model”, but others say someone who played the roles the woman has shouldn’t be working with young children.

“If this is about morality, our president-elect has admitted to doing crack, and he’s our president. Does that make him a bad person?” Tuck said, referring to one of Barack Obama’s books, in which he admits trying cocaine. “Bill Clinton smoked pot. Does that make him a bad person?”

Crystal Crystal Crystal comparing yourself to crack smoking is not the way to be accepted by your peers!! I honestly feel bad for the girl it seems like the life she used to lead has caught up with her.  Make wise decisions ladies and gents they can come back to haunt you a decade later.
