A registered sex offender in the Los Angeles area was arrested on Friday after he found a teenage girls lost dog and demanded that she either give him money or sexual favors for the return of the dog, or he was going to torture it.

The levels of scumbag that people sink to is absolutely amazing. lol.

“Hawthorne Police Lt. Mike Ishii said Monday that Alfredo Dempkey of Lancaster found the girl’s 2-year-old mutt Pineapple on Friday, called the number listed on the collar and said the dog would suffer if she didn’t give him $70 or sexual favors.”

“Police say the girl hung up on Demkey, but he called back. She then agreed to meet him at an El Pollo Loco restaurant, where police and the girl’s father were waiting for him.”

Dempkey was arrested and Pineapple was returned unharmed.
